Conversation with Guides-My Forgotten Agreement- Spiritual Drawing-A little confused man

Honoring my Soul’s agreement, and I got it, I got it now- the faces I have been drawing are channeled and I have to share them.
This is another face, one of my channeling images – a very confused man with a plea.
“There are such a difficult time, I am not sure I understand what is going on, where are we going, what is happening with me … with us?
There are many of us, so called, the confused humans.
Don’t forget about us. We look skeptical, ignorant, even aggressive, but we are simply scared.
We need some sort of assistance, some explanation. Please …”

I am looking at this man….yes, definitely confused… but those words … who is talking? The spirit or me?
I gazed at him again and saw my answer.
In the left eye of the image, I saw a face, a face of the elder, and the mocking voice asked me: “Are you happy now? Do you need any more confirmations? Is it enough for you, Rifa?
In the enlarged left eye, I saw a face. The face of the white haired elder.

A little man continued, and I listened. He talked how difficult to imagine that there is something else, beside the obvious. How it could be??!!! He isn’t want to resign. He wants to understand.
He wants  help.

What if I tell You that You don’t have to be in the spotlight to make a difference?

Your light is beaming out from within, right? Then you can shine it out.

Quietly … it’s more fun to do it quietly … from the corner.

Try it and see.

Are you afraid of darkness?
Are you waiting for someone else to shine the light upon you, to illuminate your way?
Then check it out.

You have your own light. Yes, you heard me. You have your own light inside you.
It has always been inside you … waiting for your invitation.
Stay still for a moment. Let the light find its way out.
Recognize it.  Welcome it … your own light.
Now, you bring that shining light wherever you go so that others would find their way.

Small Steps

Life is worth living.
Life is full of surprises, excitements, discoveries.
Pack your bags, explore.
Don’t be afraid. You are safe.
Just allow yourself to make another step,
doesn’t matter how small it will be, to go a bit further.
Be daring in your small steps.
You can do it. Do it now … And then…
What a reward!!!!!

 Say YES to  Small steps
Are you hesitant to make another step? Are you continuously staying  in a waiting mode?
What are you waiting for?  To get a glimpse of the destination?
Go on and make your step. Even a tiny-tiny step.
Even a half a step would be better, then playing a waiting game.

And when you make your step, the next one will present itself.
You see, it is easier to do it, than to get uptight about doing it.
It takes less energy to  actually walk than to think about making a step..
And now…. Make another one.  That’s it…  That’s it ..
And another one.
Feel the excitement.
You are doing it.

Your Mother and You

You and your Mother

What if I tell You, that You actually have chosen your mother before your birth?
Most likely You had several candidates, but You picked her.
And she agreed.
You have chosen your future mother because of her
character genetics, environment etc.
Because this setting was the best for You,
she was the best for You
for achieving your Soul’s lessons.

Yes, I am talking about lessons You set up in advance in preparation for your present life.
She is helping you to shape your destiny.
Remember – YOU asked her to be your MOTHER.
Not the other way around.
Surprising … isn’t it?

The Point of Stillness

Where could we go when there is nowhere to go?

Nowhere we could go and nothing we can do?  It feels that we are surrounded. It feels like we are defeated. Is there a place for us to go then?

Yes, there is. Inside ourselves.

We go inside ourselves, deeper and deeper, until we reach the point where we are able to stay still.  And from that moment of stillness, we can look at the situation from different perspectives. With different eyes, if you will.

In this moment we will be able to realize that we reach the TEST moment, the crossroad junction. In that place inside we will be able to remember that we have chosen this situation, and that we welcome it into our lives to learn from it and to graduate.

At this instant, we feel the support and help of the Spirit World. They are giving us strength and wisdom, patience and tolerance.

But it is our job, our move.

And we already made the first step. We went inside.

2011 World Congress for Regression Therapy

I am going to Turkey to participate in World Congress for Regression Therapy.

The theme of this Congress is Integration of Body Mind and Soul. How timely!!!!

I am looking forward to connecting again with my colleagues and friends from around the globe to share, network, and learn.  This is my great adventure for 2011.
